Ad Networks
Target Account Creation - Building The ChannelWe will work with each network to determine the "universe" of target
sites and publishers based on page views, visitors and or content. In most cases we will take advantage of the primary ranking and directory services such as Alexa, comScore or Nielsen Online.
Account Profiling - Refining The Audience
Typically further profiling and or "scrubbing" will need to be done
against the account universe - further qualification based on more specific subject matter of each site/publisher, ruling certain types of accounts "out" based on inappropriate content and/or looking for the existence of certain site attributes such as existing advertising and etc.
Database Building
Creating a list of contacts, phone numbers and emails for the marketing and sales campaign effort. Other sites and sources can be cross-referenced in order to source harder to find contact and site details.
Marketing Campaign
Post advertising and Network Recruitment inquiries to all information request forms. Email campaign to first, second and third tier contacts associated with each site.
Telemarketing Campaign
All contacts and sites will receive follow up calls and or voice mails
to join the network. Each call has a disposition assigned and all records are tagged accordingly so at the completion of the campaign a complete Marketing Database can be turned over to our customers.
Sales Campaign
Distribution of "Term Sheets" and "Contracts" to all qualified leads.
Follow up conference calls for Q&A, contract negotiations and final agreement. All closed sites and contracts are then passed over to our customers operations group for sign on and go live procedures.
